How do I connect my Zoom account?

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your QCraft CRM, click on "Connect Zoom", and follow the authorization flow to grant access.

What data does QCraft Calendar access from Zoom?

We access your meeting schedules, participant information, and basic profile data. We do not access meeting recordings or chat messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I disconnect my Zoom account?

You can disconnect at any time through Settings > Integrations > Zoom > Disconnect, or directly from the Zoom App Marketplace by removing QCraft Calendar from your installed apps.

My meetings aren't syncing. What should I do?

First, check that your Zoom connection is active in Settings. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom account. Contact support if problems continue.

Can I choose which meetings to sync?

Yes, you can configure sync preferences in Settings > Integrations > Zoom to filter meetings by type or calendar.
