By accessing or using QCraft Calendar and its Zoom integration ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QCraft Calendar provides integration between Zoom and QCraft CRM, enabling users to:

Synchronize Zoom meetings with their CRM calendar
Link meeting participants to CRM contacts
Track meeting history and interactions
Access meeting analytics and insights

3. User Accounts

To use the Zoom integration, you must:

Have a valid QCraft CRM account
Have a valid Zoom account
Authorize QCraft Calendar to access your Zoom data
Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the Service to violate any third-party rights

5. Zoom Integration

By connecting your Zoom account:

You authorize us to access your Zoom data as described in our Privacy Policy
You confirm you have the authority to grant this access
You may revoke access at any time through Zoom's app marketplace

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QCraft Capital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QCraft Capital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
