QCraft Calendar integrates with Zoom to automatically synchronize your meetings with QCraft CRM. This integration enables seamless tracking of client meetings, automatic contact linking, and comprehensive activity timelines.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your QCraft CRM account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  3. Find "Zoom" in the available integrations list
  4. Click Connect
  5. You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page
  6. Review the permissions and click Authorize
  7. You'll be redirected back to QCraft with the connection active
Note: The authorization process requests only the minimum permissions necessary for meeting synchronization. We do not access recordings, chat messages, or other sensitive data.

Meetings Not Syncing

  1. Verify your Zoom connection is active in Settings
  2. Check that the meeting type is included in your sync settings
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom account

Contacts Not Matching

Authorization Errors

If you see authorization errors, your Zoom token may have expired. Go to Settings > Integrations > Zoom and click "Reconnect" to refresh your authorization.

Deauthorization

When a user removes QCraft Calendar from their Zoom account, we receive a deauthorization webhook and immediately:

  1. Revoke all access tokens
  2. Stop all data synchronization
  3. Mark the integration as disconnected in QCraft
